What does beauty mean to you? Beauty, to me, means having confidence in yourself and a positive attitude in life. And they work hand-in-hand, because if you’re confident in yourself, your perception of everything else will likely be the same and vice-versa. A confident woman carries herself with an unspoken poise and naturally radiates strength, passion, and happiness… all of which are infectious to the people around her. It is almost like a “spiritual magic” per-se, because women who possess confidence and a positive attitude, in-turn, enjoy permanent contentment in all realms: physical, mental, and spiritual. And I must conclude this with an oh-so-fitting quote I once heard and have never forgotten -- “A woman’s most beautiful outfit is her charisma; prettiest accessory is her smile; and best pair of heels is her confidence.”
What children's movie character did you always want to be?
What is your favorite thing about Fort Worth? I love Fort Worth because it embraces its original reputation as “Cowtown” and “Where The West Begins,” yet takes pride in now being tagged the “City of Cowboys and Culture” and the “Museum Capital of the Southwest.” I love Fort Worth because it is home to some of finest art museums in the United States, including the Kimbell Art Museum, the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and countless others. I love Fort Worth for its world-renowned performing arts organizations, including the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, the Fort Worth Opera, the Texas Ballet Theatre, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, and countless others. I love Fort Worth for its legendary Stockyards National Historic District…complete with everything from saddle barstools and historic saloons to the world's largest honky-tonk (Billy Bob’s Texas) and the twice-daily Fort Worth Herd cattle drive. I love Fort Worth for its genuinely friendly, spirited residents; its strong economy; its beautiful, clean downtown; and its top-ranked annual events, such as the MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival, the PGA Tour’s Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial Country Club, and the legendary Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo.Fort Worth is a proud city without pretension, and one that I am proud to be have been born and raised.
What do you consider your best feature or characteristic? Is this a trick question?! J I guess my best feature would be my smile. People ALWAYS ask me why I smile so much!!! I always respond with, “Why wouldn’t I? There’s just so much to be happy about!”But on a more serious note: In my career -- I would say my best characteristics are my strong work ethic and my commitment to providing top quality work/results to my PR clients. In my personal life -- 1st and foremost would be my growing relationship with my Lord Jesus Christ, who guides my path towards self-sacrifice, serving and loving others by His grace and unconditional love. 2nd would be my desire to be the most loving, supportive, and encouraging wife/daughter/sister/aunt I can possibly be.
