Reese Witherspoon
Witherspoon's Draper James clothing and accessories line can currently be found at Dillard’s department stores in the area, but her first standalone store in Tarrant County is headed to Southlake Town Square this fall.
Actress and producer Reese Witherspoon has come a long way since her starring role in “Legally Blonde,” but she’s never abandoned her Southern sensibility nor her trademark drawl.
Her Draper James clothing and accessories line can currently be found at Dillard’s department stores in the area, but her first standalone store in Tarrant County is headed to Southlake Town Square this fall.
The store will open soon at 311 Grand Ave. East, complete with complimentary sweet tea to sip while you peruse the preppy, feminine styles. Gingham, seersucker, and denim pieces are all big players. And “y’all” shows up on everything from keychains to totes to mittens to every conceivable accessory. Witherspoon even models some of the merch online.
A Draper James boutique opened in Highland Park Village back in 2016, but it has recently closed. Other locations include the flagship store located in Nashville’s trendy 12 South neighborhood, along with stores in Lexington, Kentucky, Atlanta, and one in Plano.
Named in honor of Witherspoon’s grandparents, it’s a collection of everything she loves about the south. The store even includes an entire section devoted to tailgating; what’s more southern than that?
