WorkLodge is gearing up to open its newest outpost in Fort Worth, a coworking space where it's believed environment is everything.
The new location at 710 S. Main St. will be opening by mid-January, with a grand opening scheduled for February.
WorkLodge opened four years ago, with two locations in Houston. They opened another this year in Dallas’s design district, and another will be opening soon in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.
One primary goal at WorkLodge is to provide clients with “less friction," offering a business environment and taking the stress out of growing a business. WorkLodge offers its members an all-inclusive approach to workspace solutions. Some of the perks include: on-site staff, cleaning services, complimentary parking, high-speed internet, printing, common areas and even complimentary coffee.
Different packages and rates meet the diverse office space needs of WorkLodge members. Some need to schedule conference rooms where they can collaborate with colleagues, while others require dedicated office space to put their heads down and crank things out. There are monthly coworking plans and entry level, virtual office plans to meet many needs.
Located in the same building as Locust Cider, (how’s that for an amenity?), the boldly-painted building is near downtown and surrounded by South Main Street’s ever-growing collection of retail and restaurants. The notoriously walkable and bike-able area is also smack dab in the middle of Fort Worth’s new creative region focused on audio and video production.
“We are sandwiched between Locust Cider and Rahr Brewery, so I bet our work fridge will be stocked with their products, and our regular office happy hours can easily move to one or the other,” says Heather Carlile with WorkLodge.
