Bass Performance Hall, that downtown theater that sports a pair of angels on its facade, has announced its “Broadway at the Bass” lineup for the 2025-2026 season. And, upon initial inspection, it’s looking like they pulled off quite the coup.
The new season kicks off in September with the Tony-Award-winning “Life of Pi” and runs through the following July. In that 10-month span, 14 musicals will grace the stage at Bass Hall. If you’re doing the math, that’s nearly one-and-a-half Broadway musicals a month, so don’t dare say you’re starving for entertainment.
The big hitters that immediately stand out include a return of “Six,” which performed at Bass in December 2023 and will return in February 2026; “Back to the Future: The Musical,” which took home the 2022 Olivier Award for West End’s Best New Musical is coming March 2026; “The Notebook,” which includes music from Ingrid Michaelson will hit the stage in June 2026; “Hamilton” — need we say more? — will have an 11-day stint in July 2026; and the acclaimed suffragette musical, “Suffs,” will make its Fort Worth debut in August 2026.
Other shows include the Neil Diamond musical “A Beautiful Noise,” the popular what-if-Juliet-didn’t-end-it-all-over-Romeo musical “& Juliet,” “Some Like It Hot,” “Monty Python’s Spamalot,” the always-popular “The Book of Mormon,” “The Addams Family,” a holiday showing of “A Christmas Story,” and a return of “Hadestown.” You can check out the full slate of shows below.
While the theater has over 2,000 seats, we’re willing to bet some of the new season’s shows are gonna fill those seats in a hurry. So, the best way to secure your spot is purchasing season tickets. Note that some of the shows are add-ons (listed below) that are not included in season ticket packages but will be available to purchase prior to them going on sale to the public.
