Let the South by Southwest buzz begin again.
Let the South by Southwest buzz begin again.
For the second year in a row, Visit Fort Worth will return to South by Southwest, bringing Fort Worth music, food, spirits, technology and film to an international audience in Austin on March 8-9.
This year's activation, Fort Worth on Rainey, will include a 15K ride with Mayor Betsy Price, interactive culinary experiences and catering from Chef Tim Love, Mrs. Renfro's Salsa, Firestone & Robertson Whiskey, meetups with film and travel personalities, a Lockheed Martin flight simulator and the recently debuted Bell's Future Flight Controls simulator.
“We are excited to be at the heart of SXSW on Rainey Street," said Bob Jameson, president and CEO of Visit Fort Worth. "We are grateful to our partners for investing in bold new marketing efforts like this.”
Other partners in this collaborative initiative include the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, the Fort Worth Promotion & Development Fund, Clearfork, Mellow Johnny's, Printed Threads, the Fort Worth Film Commission and Hear Fort Worth.
