Another business is on its way to South Main Street.
Ground has broken and construction is expected to start in a few weeks for coworking space, Criterion Coworking, and coffee shop, Roots Coffeehouse. The building will be located at 400 Bryan Ave. in the South Main Village, neighboring HopFusion Ale Works, the recently opened 4 Eleven event space, and the forthcoming MAIN+BROAD development.
The space is being developed by Matt and Janice Townsend, the owners of both Criterion and Roots; while the project's general contractor is Chris Raines of Archistructure.
This is the second location for Roots, whose original location is in North Richland Hills.
Construction is expected to be complete in spring 2019.
