Kids Who Care
The Cookin’ for Kids Virtual Telethon brings together a number of children chiming in to sing “Together We Can,” with the hope of raising thousands of dollars for arts and leadership opportunities for kids.
Musical theatre Kids Who Care, despite having to cancel their in-person Cookin’ for Kids event this year, managed to create an inspiring music video for those to stream in living rooms across the country.

This year, 50% of proceeds will be contributed to the Tarrant County Restaurant Employee Relief Fund created by the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation. Because the arts and food industry have been hit particularly hard by COVID-19, Kids Who Care wanted to give back in some fashion to answer more than 22 years of support.
“Fort Worth’s generous chefs have made a huge impact in raising funds for our Hope Scholars, and now we honor them by giving back during this time,” says Deborah Jung, Kids Who Care founding executive director.
