KRS Realty Advisors, founded by Kerby Smith, has purchased and is renovating two buildings in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
Once complete, the two properties will provide approximately 12,000 square feet of fully-modernized office, retail and restaurant space to the area, all within walking distance to one of Fort Worth's most visited tourist attractions.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the resurgence of the historic Fort Worth Stockyards," says Kerby Smith, principal, KRS Realty Advisors. "There are few places that offer such rich history while so alive and relevant today.”
Smith is still deciding how to put that prime square footage to its best use.
The first address is located at 2341 N. Main Street. It features 7,000 square feet of divisible space, that Smith thinks is ideal for use as a restaurant, café, bar or office. The building has design flexibility, including a drive thru window (which is a rarity in the district) and room for an outdoor seating area.
The second facility is situated right next door, at 111 Northwest 24th St. It is a historic renovation that will offer an additional 4,970 square feet when complete. The open concept has a mezzanine space, ample parking and convenient access to numerous retail shops and restaurants nearby.
“It's a privilege to be a part of an exciting project near the heart of the Stockyards,” said Tyler Maner, vice president of Stream Realty Partners, who is representing KRS Realty Advisors in leasing the properties. “We look forward to seeing how these properties come together to experience a rebirth in one of the most trafficked areas in Fort Worth.”
