Jewel Charity celebrated the selection of its new members at a beautiful garden party held at the home of Dan Lowrance. Party hosts Michelle Hancock and Dan Lowrance, Elaine and Homer Davis, Peggy and Bill Sims and Jane and Dan Sykes helped Jewel Charity President Laura Bird give the new members a warm welcome with eye popping spring floral arrangements and tasty viands.
