Thirty Eight & Vine is exactly what the city needed. Think Alley Cats meets wine and you got yourself Thirty Eight & Vine. Upon arrival, you’ll get a card and you can sip through different ounces, different regions, and different price points. Thirty-eight is the last number co-owner Sam Demel wore as a pro baseball player.
