Magnolia Avenue has long been one of Fort Worth’s most reliable charmers — a street where tattoo shops rub shoulders with bookstores, and where the coffee is strong, the brunch is all day, and the welcome is genuine. For more than a decade, BREWED has anchored this stretch of the Near Southside, serving up craft coffee and comfort food in a place that feels like your favorite aunt’s house — if your aunt had a thing for mismatched chairs and really good espresso.
Now, BREWED is preparing to bring that same Fort Worth spirit to one of the last places you'd expect to find authenticity: an airport terminal.
In early 2026, BREWED will open a boutique coffee shop in Terminal E at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. It will be the company’s second location inside DFW, following the success of its full-service brunch spot in Terminal D. That first outpost brought eggs Benedict and drip coffee to travelers who never expected to eat anything better than a pre-packaged sandwich before boarding. The Terminal E location won’t have a full kitchen — but that’s not the point. This one’s about the coffee.
The new concept strips BREWED down to its essence. No mimosa flights or biscuit towers, just thoughtfully prepared coffee and the warm sense of welcome that made the original so beloved. If Terminal D was an invitation to linger, Terminal E is a reminder that even a quick stop can be personal.
Located at 801 W Magnolia Ave, the original BREWED has become something of a social anchor for Fort Worth’s creative set — equal parts brunch spot, meeting place, and living room for the neighborhood. Its expansion into the airport came through a partnership with OdehMickens, the franchise and licensee group behind some of DFW Airport’s most successful restaurants. Known for its operational excellence and trophy shelf full of awards, including DFW’s “HERO” award and multiple White Glove honors, OdehMickens knows how to do airport dining right. With BREWED, they’re betting on something more soulful.
It’s a gamble Fort Worth locals will understand. Coffee, after all, is more than caffeine. It’s a ritual. It’s a conversation. It’s the feeling of being grounded before you fly.
"We are so excited to be representing Fort Worth in Terminal E," said Joey Turner, co-owner of BREWED. "Coffee is one of the most important beverages at the airport, and we look forward to providing warm welcomes and meaningful connections while serving each cup to our guests."
