Jenna Kinard heads Seasons 114 Kitchen in the Westin Southlake Hotel.
Fort Worth foodies will remember Jenna Kinard — the former beauty queen-turned-chef who previously headed MAX's Wine Dive, won this magazine's Top Chef competition in 2019, and, for what felt like a split-second, was executive chef at Hotel Drover's 97 West before exiting the gig prior to the hotel's opening.
Now, Kinard is returning to the restaurant scene, heading to Southlake to lead Seasons 114 Kitchen in the soon-to-open Westin Southlake Hotel.
Located at 1200 E. State Highway 114 and expected to open this fall, Westin Southlake comprises 261 rooms and suites, 34,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor events and meetings space, a resort-style pool, club-level fitness facility, three bars — and, of course, the restaurant.
Kinard's menu will include Southern-influenced small plates, from butternut squash cappelletti to tuna crudo. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a weekend brunch, in its 2,100-square-foot space and 1,500-square-foot patio.
"Seasons 114 Kitchen is about creating and celebrating a sense of community while preparing incredible food from the heart using honest ingredients," Kinard said in a statement. "The restaurant was derived from this very meaningful and soulful foundation combined with the desire to create a feeling of home for our guests.”

Interior rendering of The Curve Lounge
Adjacent to Seasons 114 Kitchen will be The Curve Lounge, a 1,000-square-foot bar serving cocktails, wine, and local beer. Both the restaurant and bar are expected to have a modern and sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere.
"My partners and I have been working on this luxury hotel offering for many years," Southlake resident and partner in the hotel project, Paul Barham of SRH Hospitality, said in a statement. "Working with Chef Jenna Kinard, she brought our vision for the restaurant and lounge to life, in what we know will be a special property in the area.”
