Here’s a recipe that we ran across that could make for a great health conscious meal during the hustle of a busy week. Follow the ingredients provided to make a soup that could become a monthly meal plan. Or you can take a punk-rock approach and use this as a template to create something new. Either way, you still end up with a unique lunch or dinner idea that is sure to impress. 

Ingredients

• 1 14.5 can stewed tomatoes, stewed
• 2 19 oz. cans Black beans, organic
• 1 tbsp Chipotle chili, powder
• 2 cups Corn, canned or frozen kernels
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1 4.5 oz can Green chilies
• 4 Green onions
• 2 14.5 oz cans Tomatoes

Canned Goods

• 3 cups Vegetable broth
• Nuts & Seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
