In an uncertain time for the restaurant industry, Grapevine’s Harvest Hall is announcing the addition of two more eateries — plus a solution to help its restaurateurs facing the challenges posed by COVID-19.
Fort Worth-based Mediterranean food truck, ZaTaR, and Dallas-based slider food truck, Easy Slider, are the latest eateries opening brick-and-mortar locations at the European-style food hall. Also on the roster are Arepa TX (Latin), Chick & Biscuit (Southern comfort food), Four Sisters (Vietnamese), and Spuntino (Italian).
The food hall is slated to open mid-2020. But in the meantime, since ZaTaR and Easy Slider both operate food trucks, both have opted to expand their offerings to include grab-and-go items and meal kits from their fellow Harvest Hall neighbors.
“It’s a very challenging time for so many in the hospitality industry, and many have drastically changed their business operations,” said Tom Santora, chief commercial officer of Coury Hospitality and managing director of Harvest Hall (as well as the adjacent Hotel Vin). “All of Harvest Hall’s restaurants are family-owned and operated — and we are all looking for ways to support one another.”
Harvest Hall is located at 815 S. Main St., connected to the upcoming Hotel Vin, a 120-room boutique hotel part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. Both projects are part of the Grapevine Main development, which sits just steps away from Historic Downtown Grapevine’s TEXRail station.
More information on how to book a food truck can be found on Harvest Hall’s website.
