MELT Ice Creams
MELT's newest locale in Sundance Square is set to open Sept. 14.
The scoop on when the third MELT brick-and-mortar opens is finally out.
MELT's newest locale in Sundance Square is set to open Sept. 14, according to the shop's press contact Alex Cambora. A grand opening event will kick things off for the new spot from noon to 9 p.m., and those who show get free sprinkles and can check out a balloon installation at the new "Micro Scoop Shop."
Specifically, the third MELT location’s address is 308 Houston St. in a 550-square-foot storefront just a few minutes from the MELT Happy Cart in the Square. MELT also serves up its creamy confections on Magnolia Avenue, the Joy Factory at Near Southside and its Bishop Arts in Dallas.
“I’ve called Fort Worth ‘home’ for many years and can attest to the incredibly supportive community that has taken their love for our ice cream dream to new heights,” said Kari Crowe-Seher, MELT founder, in a May news release. “We are proud that our company is expanding and serving scoops with a true taste of our city’s culture.”
