An outdoor patio lounge and bar is set to open in the West Seventh Street area some time in January.
Bar 2909 will be located, appropriately, at 2909 Morton St., with a backyard-style design that features a patio, casual seating and a fireplace. The patio will also have outdoor TVs that will show sports and Pay-Per-View events, as well as space for live music. Leashed pets are also allowed on the patio, and watering stations will be available.
According to Bar 2909's Facebook page, the bar will have a "laid back vibe" that will "make you feel right at home."
