FAR Out Hospitality, a restaurant conglomerate created by restaurateur and chef Felipe Armenta, recently announced the opening of a third Pacific Table Seafood location in Southlake at 2221 E Southlake Blvd Suite 360.
Armenta, along with the help of celebrity chef Graham Elliot, have opened and created several concepts over the past two years, including the Press Café Aledo, F1 Smokehouse, and Le Margot. The new Southlake Pacific Table will follow the same culinary path the Fort Worth and Las Colinas spots have already paved. Featuring Pacific Northwest-inspired food, Pacific Table is all about its oysters, seafood, sushi, and several signature entrees.
For instance, the Pacific Table menu consists of its signature Margot Roll made with shrimp, jalapeno, cucumber, and lemon zest. Or check out the Fire Roll made with blue crab, aioli, chives, and butter truffle ponzu.
In the mood for a seafood entrée?
Try the Trout Almondine, which is grilled with fresh herbs, almonds, and topped with brown butter. Another honorable mention on this menu includes the Francisco Cioppino, which consists of fresh fish and shellfish sauteed in white wine tomato broth. No matter what you pick, the menu is a celebration of modern Pacific Northwest cuisine rooted in classical techniques.
Besides its fare, Pacific Table also offers a signature cocktail program that includes Aperol Brulee made with gin, Aperol, lemon, and simple. Or sip on an Armenta’s Margarita made with Socorro Blanco, Jalisco 1562, and house-made sweet and sour. Besides its cocktails, Pacific Table also has a stellar wine and beer program, which includes ciders, and several Japanese Sake options.
The design of this new establishment evokes the essence of coastal living. In the capable hands of Michelle Bushey of Cohesive Design, this expansion showcases a blend of coastal-inspired elements like a teak wood ceiling in the bar area. The color scheme of this new eatery vivaciously showcases deep blues mixed in with blacks, and whites, black wood wall panel stains, and gold-framed mirrors. The dining area showcases rope and white tile columns.
The restaurant is slated to open in August and will operate Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"We have been counting down the days to unveil the newest Pacific Table experience to the Southlake community,” Armenta says. “FAR Out Hospitality is committed to pushing the boundaries of culinary, and the Pacific Table expansion represents an exciting new chapter in our journey."
