Sandwiches at Pearl Snap Kolaches will be crafted with thick slices of kolache-dough bread.
With two locations on White Settlement Road and Hulen Street, Pearl Snap Kolaches is bustling with the morning crowd. Kolaches, cinnamon rolls, and coffee drinks draw a crowd.
When they introduced kolache buns and rolled out their own monthly burger creations at the White Settlement location, people raved about them as well.
Now, the award-winning Fort Worth-based kolache bakery is adding deli sandwiches to its lunch-time offerings this month at the White Settlement store. The sandwiches will be crafted with thick slices of kolache-dough bread.
“We’ve finally perfected baking our kolache dough into loaves,” says the owner, Wade Chappell.
Fresh deli sandwiches made with that tantalizing toasted bread seemed a natural progression. The new deli menu rolls out this month with build-your-own options. Choose from ham, roast beef, or turkey with Swiss, American, or provolone cheese, topped with fresh veggies to suit your craving.
While burgers will only be offered at the White Settlement location, Chappell anticipates rolling the deli menu out at the Hulen location next month. And, fun fact, the Burger-of-the-Month-Burger, or B.O.M.B,. for August was created by Jeremiah Donati, TCU’s athletic director. Donati and Chappell were actually classmates at the University of Puget Sound.
The kolache bun wraps a quarter-pound angus burger, topped with American cheese, grilled onions, and pickled jalapeño peppers—Pearl Snap is not just for breakfast anymore.
