These oats are full of good for you ingredients such as steel cut oats, greek yogurt and chia seeds, making them a protein packed way to start your morning.
Ingredients
1/4 cup uncooked Steel Cut Oats
1/3 cup Almond Milk
1/2 TBS Agave Syrup
1/2 TBS Chia Seeds
1/2 TBS Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 TBS Pumpkin Puree
1 TBS vanilla 0% Greek Yogurt
Instructions
Grab your favorite mason jar and add every ingredient into the jar, stirring them together. Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, put the lid on your jar and place in the fridge overnight. It's that easy!
In the morning, grab your jar of oats from the fridge and enjoy your breakfast! You can eat the Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats both cold or hot (microwaved for 1 minute).
