Salsa Limon
A sixth location of popular taco joint Salsa Limón is in the works, set to open in a little more than a week.
Dubbed "Museo," Salsa Limón's Cultural District location will be located inside the Elan Crockett Row apartment complex, just across the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Salsa Limón previously had a food truck parked in that area.
A soft opening will take place June 26, with an official grand opening celebration planned for later this summer.
Salsa Limón has been on a growth streak since its humble beginnings as a food truck, with four Fort Worth locations and one in Dallas currently open. While known for its breakfast options and burritos, the taqueria's claim to fame is the El Capitán — melted Oaxaca-Jack cheese, pickled cabbage, onion, cilantro, and the customer's choice of filling, wrapped in a buttery toasted flour tortilla.
