Taste N See Chicken and Waffles

Sadly, Taste N See Chicken and Waffles has been closed for business since at least October of 2019. The sign on the door says that’s when locks were changed at 2880 W. Berry St., where it opened in June of 2018. That is the same location, near TCU campus, that Café Brazil called home for about seven years.
Owners DeMarcus Davis and his mother, Anita Wilcox, opened their original Taste N See Chicken and Waffles in south Fort Worth back in 2016, and closed that location before focusing completely on opening their TCU area storefront. The brand was even a Fort Worth Magazine Best Of Fort Worth winner in 2017 before they made the move.

They also served a variety of fish plates, including shrimp and grits.
