Zoli’s Pizza and Cow Tipping Creamery is aiming for a late-October debut in the unique, barrel-vaulted structure nearing completion at 3501 Hulen St.
The perfect antidote for those who don’t prefer Cane Rosso's Neapolitan-style pizza and strict adherence to tradition opens soon on Hulen Street, Cane Rosso founder/owner Jay Jerrier will tell you.
“If you don’t like Cane Rosso … you’re going to love Zoli’s,” Jerrier says.
Zoli’s Pizza and Cow Tipping Creamery is aiming for a late-October debut in the unique, barrel-vaulted structure nearing completion at 3501 Hulen St.
The original Bishop Arts location in Dallas opened in 2013, but development forced a relocation in 2016. Zoli’s reemerged in Addison a year and a half later with an expanded menu, including Italian pastas, sandwiches, and salads. Soon, Zoli’s will introduce Fort Worth to its thick, saucy, topping-fortified New York-style slices, along with its company mascot ― the ever-present white unicorn.
The layout affords covered patio seating in the back, as well as a grassy lawn space for the kids to run around. It will include a few art installations too.
Long Island-native Lee Hunzinger is the man behind the menu, serving both square and round pies like the Lady Marmalade. The Lady Marmalade includes mozzarella, ricotta, soppressata marmalade, garlic, and olive oil. Zoli’s even makes their ranch dressing in-house daily.
Jeff Amador, chief marketing officer for PILF Restaurant Group, says their most popular fresh pasta dish (in the Tasty Noodz section of the menu) is the Roasted Corn Carbonara with Molinari pancetta, roasted corn, pecorino cheese, garlic bread crumbs, and an egg atop spaghetti.
You’ll notice Cow Tipping Creamery’s signage on the building as well. PILF purchased a majority of the Austin ice cream truck’s business and they have attached the creamery to their Austin and Frisco Cane Rosso locations so far.
The Fort Worth Zoli’s Pizza Pasta is only the second location of the brand, and Cow Tipping Creamery will serve from a walk-up window when they open on Hulen.
