Concert description for both Saturdays 8 pm - 9 pm; Nov. 8 at River Legacy in Arlington, and Nov. 15 at the Holt Hickman Center in Ft. Worth:
Great composers of Germany and Austria, from Bach to today’s composer, Hans Zimmer! We always promise great variety and our audience will have it with the joyful violin concerto in E by J. S. Bach, the beautiful romantic Brahms piano trio #1 (mvt 1), plus romantic and humorous songs of Strauss and Lehar, known for his opera “The Merry Widow.” We have prepared a medley of our contemporary composer, Hanz Zimmer’s works, that will add some fun! As always, we will provide complimentary wine, soft drinks and snacks. Please stay and mingle after the concert! Post concert party pianist (at the Hickman only) will be Erik Barnes. $40 to $15. Performers: Violinists LeeAnne Chenoweth and Keyreel Raskolenko, cellist Alice Jeong-A Lee, pianist Heejung Kang, soprano Youna Hartgraves, and tenor Sergio Cepeda. $40-15.
