Kicking off the 40th annual summer dance concert and third performance on the lawn, The Shops at Clearfork and Ballet Concerto present a complimentary four-day concert series to the community.
The Shops at Clearfork is excited to welcome guests for evening activities including a silent auction and a 50/50 game. All proceeds will go directly back to Fort Worth based dance organization, Ballet Concerto.
The performing stage sits in the heart of several luxury retail stores and dining destinations that will accommodate to-go orders for people to enjoy a picnic dinner during the show. The show will feature local and national professional dancers and engage choreographers from all over the world. Spanish dance master, Luis Montero, returns to restage his Bolero, receiving its world premiere with the organization in 1990. Other works to be presented are the classic Les Sylphides with choreography by Michel Fokine and a new piece with choreography by Ballet Concerto resident, Elise Lavallee.
