Since 1989, Jeffrey A. Rattikin has envisioned and brought to market a multitude of innovative solutions to the land title, tax-deferred exchange and legal services industries. Mr. Rattikin is AV-Preeminent rated and Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law, and has practiced commercial and residential real estate transactional law for 31 years with RattikinLaw Fort Worth, a full service transactional law firm in Fort Worth. Mr. Rattikin and his firm are regular recipients of “Top Attorney” and “Best Law Firm” awards by Fort Worth Magazine, 360 West Magazine, and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Mr. Rattikin serves as co-owner and, counsel of a 76 year-old privately held title company, and founder, owner and President of Rattikin Exchange Services, Inc., offering regional and national qualified intermediary services to clients engaged in §1031 tax deferred exchanges.
