Former restaurant manager Charles Flach knows great food means great ingredients. He opened his boutique olive oil and vinegar shop last year and offers fresh, imported extra virgin olive oils and infused varieties, like chipotle, cilantro, and even blood orange, along with several balsamics, salts and sugars. We can't get enough of the coconut white balsamic vinegar, which Flach recommends pairing with Persian lime olive oil.
