Corey Horsch has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at HTeaO, the nation’s leading iced tea franchise.
HTeaO, the nation’s leading iced tea franchise, announced two key executive hires as the brand accelerates its national growth. Corey Horsch has been named chief financial officer, and Adam Smith will serve as vice president of human resources. Both executives bring deep expertise in scaling fast-growing companies and are positioned to help guide HTeaO through its next phase of expansion.
“As HTeaO continues to grow across the country, we’re focused on building a world-class leadership team that will help us scale with excellence,” said Justin Howe, CEO and co-founder of HTeaO, in a statement. “Corey and Adam bring not only deep expertise in their respective fields, but also a clear alignment with our culture and values.”
Horsch brings a strong track record in financial leadership across the restaurant and hospitality industry. Most recently, he served as CFO of Salad and Go, helping guide the brand through significant growth — from 100 to 146 company-owned stores in just two years. He previously held CFO roles at Gordon Ramsay North America and Sonic Drive-In. At HTeaO, Horsch will oversee all financial operations and work closely with franchise partners to enhance systems and drive long-term performance.
Blake Reid, who had been serving as CFO, will remain with the company and take on the role of vice president of financial planning and analysis.
Smith joins HTeaO with more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, including 14 years at Taco Bell, where he oversaw HR for over 500 corporate-owned restaurants with more than $1 billion in annual sales.
The executive additions come as HTeaO builds on the momentum of opening its 100th location in 2024. Backed by private equity firms Crux Capital and Trive Capital since 2023, the company operates a vertically integrated supply chain and offers more than 20 flavors of sweetened and unsweetened iced tea made from 100% natural ingredients and filtered water.
