The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership announced today that Regina R. Williams, LMSW, will join as Vice President of Program Operations, effective January 21st, according to a release. In this new position, Williams will work closely with Senior Education Advisor Dr. David Saenz and lead a team of managing directors to advance T3’s mission of connecting Tarrant County students to education and career pathways.
Williams brings a wealth of leadership experience to the role. She has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Impact Officer for United Way of Tarrant County since 2023, where she oversaw strategic resource investments aimed at improving outcomes for local families. Most recently, Williams led United Way as interim CEO. She first joined the organization in 2018, serving as Vice President of Community Investment and Regional Director for Greater Arlington.
“I’m thrilled to be joining T3’s leadership team and work alongside our community leaders to guide students into bright pathways for their future,” Williams says. “Ensuring our young people have the tools and support they need to make their mark on our community is vital to their future and the success of Tarrant County for years to come.”
Before her time at United Way, Williams worked as a school social worker at Dunbar High School in the Fort Worth Independent School District (ISD). In that role, she helped forge key partnerships and provided leadership to the school’s college and career coaching team, helping improve college acceptance and career advancement rates.
Williams has also served on several prominent boards and committees, including the Fort Worth Alliance of Black School Educators, Leadership Arlington, and the Texas Health Resources Leadership Council.
“Regina is well-versed in engaging with Tarrant County students to overcome challenges and empower their potential. She will be a tremendous asset to the T3 team as we work to address education-to-workforce gaps,” said Natalie Young Williams, president and CEO of T3. “Her expertise connecting directly with students and underserved communities in Tarrant County will bring new perspectives and ideas to the table, delivering results for students and business leaders alike.”
