Soon after Governor Greg Abbott enacted an order for all non-essential employees to stay home, we charged local photographers with the task of capturing the city — in its bareness and feigned calm — during this unprecedented time.
From curious toilet paper shortages to empty Sunday services to a roped-off Sundance Square — whether snapped with a smartphone or DSLR — these photos tell the story of a time in our city that Fort Worthians won’t soon forget.
