The Rooftop Cinema Club Downtown Fort Worth invites all you dog lovers to join them for a dog-friendly “Wooftop” event.
Beginning on April 9, dog/movie lovers are invited to bring a plus-one fur baby to screen “The Devil Wears Prada” which will be playing at the terrace level of the Washington Renaissance Hotel. A second pup-friendly event has also been planned for April 23, where attendees can view the cinematic classic “Casablanca”.
Each month, movie lovers can be on the lookout for the banner "Wooftop: Pet-Friendly Screening" on Rooftop Cinema Club Downtown Fort Worth’s "Movies We're Showing" page. The banner will be featured on the film's image and there'll also be a puppy icon to the right of the "BUY TICKETS" button to identify the pet-friendly screenings.
Movie fans who attend will enjoy a 360-degree view of Downtown Fort Worth from the rooftop of The Worthington Renaissance Hotel. Play lawn and table games, snack on fresh popcorn and candy, and make the most of the social cinema experience. When the movie begins, kick back and relax in a cozy Adirondack seat with personal wireless headphones in front of the massive state-of-the-art LED screen.
In anticipation for these upcoming events, the Worthington Renaissance, Toro Toro by Richard Sandoval, and Rooftop Cinema Club combined efforts to create an elevated concession-style menu. Enjoy signature food and beverage offerings like the Soft Salted Pretzel, Hot Diggity Dog, Pulled Pork Tacos, and Nacho Libre. For the 21+ crowd, enjoy refreshing drinks like the classic Margarita, a TX Old Fashioned, and wine and beer options. When the movie ends, mosey on down to the bar & lounge at Toro Toro Fort Worth. Show the server your cinema ticket to receive 10 % off your check.
Either way, it should be a good time worthy of being placed in the dog house for.
