A 10-story, all-in-one building with retail, restaurants, hotel and potential condos is coming to 1 South Main St.
Elkhorn Union expects this development to serve as a gateway between the downtown and Near Southside areas, President Chuck Bouligny says.
“The goal is to create a unique experience that compliments the Fort Worth story and revitalizes the historic Southside area,” he says.
The project should break ground in early 2019, with a targeted opening in 2021.
