The 4 Eleven, a restored warehouse space on South Main that will house an events venue and locally-owned shops, has announced the end of October for its scheduled opening. The 4 Eleven is one of many new developments set to open in the revitalized South Main area. The shops at The 4 Eleven that will open in October are LTO, The Greenhouse 817, Winton and Waits, and gourmet popsicle maker Alchemy Pops. The venue will be available for booking events starting in November.
The group behind The 4 Eleven saved the 1920s warehouse from being demolished to build a parking garage. The concept, which will open in the rehabed 18,00-square-foot warehouse space, is the brainchild of Jana Clark (co-owner and designer of Brewed Restaurant) and 6th Ave Homes. Plans include a shared patio that will encourage a connection among the businesses, where shoppers can share a drink, pick up flowers, and enjoy a visual feast of unique retail stores, including Clark's Limited Time Offer (LTO), a furniture and design store. “We believe all of life is a limited time offer. Every piece, just like every person, has a story to tell," said Clark who worked 15 years as a buyer for Neiman Marcus. “We are better together, and this is so much more than a store, this is an experience.”
Some have made comparisons to Chip and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia Market in Waco.

Alchemy Pops: A brick-and-mortar location for a handmade popsicle cart from a TCU grad that currently serves pops at Sundance Square and various events.
The Greenhouse 817: A popular botanical design studio that creates unique flower arrangements with succulents and unexpected flora.
Winton and Waits: An upscale accessories, gift and home goods store by designer Jenna Lee. A portion of proceeds go to several nonprofits, including the Edna Gladney Home and The Net, both in Fort Worth.
LTO (Limited Time Offer): a furniture and decorative accessories store curated by Jana Clark. The store will be located in the center of The 4 Eleven and feature new trends, as well as vintage pieces.
