Worthington Bank
Worthington Bank is moving its corporate headquarters to the Walsh development in west Fort Worth, officials said on Thursday afternoon.
The bank is constructing a 96,000-square-foot, eight-story building at the corner of Interstate 30 and Walsh Ranch Parkway. The tower will feature office and retail space.
“Parker County has been experiencing an incredible level of growth in residential development, especially with the development of Walsh,” said Greg Morse, bank CEO, in a statement. “The addition of Worthington Bank Tower will provide residents a unique working experience close to where they live.”
Walsh is a fast-growing 7,500-acre development spanning Tarrant and Parker counties. UT Arlington announced last month that it planned to build a 51-acre campus — UTA West — in Walsh.
The Worthington Bank Tower will be built with Class A finishes and decorated in a Western motif with art reflecting the area, a Worthington tradition. The structure will include a dedicated parking lot and convenient access to Interstate 20, Interstate 30, and Loop 820 and Farm-to-Market Road 1187.

“The addition of Worthington Bank Tower and our partnership to bring Worthington into the development will unlock more opportunities for those in the area, complement existing commercial activity and provide long-term benefits to the entire region,” said Ryan B. Dickerson, CEO of the Walsh Companies.
Walsh Companies is a collection of privately owned companies based in Fort Worth. The companies are involved in real estate development, ranching, oil and gas, renewables, mining, and investments. All land development, commercial interests, and partnerships for the 7,500-acre development, Walsh, are managed by Walsh Development.
Leasing efforts for Worthington Bank will be led by Holt Lunsford Commercial’s Vic Meyer and Jake Neal.
“Parker County’s history is deeply tied to the westward expansion of the U.S. through Texas and beyond,” said Meyer. “Now, through the visionary efforts of Worthington Bank, Parker County is receiving its first high-rise office building and, with it, a new era of upward expansion. We are grateful and honored for the opportunity to work with Worthington Bank on this iconic project and we look forward to contributing to the positive impact that this project and the Walsh development will have on the people and businesses in the region.”
