Social Media / Web Internship - Fort Worth, Texas magazine
Program Overview
Fort Worth, Texas magazine is looking for a social media and/or a web intern that can easily navigate digital platforms such as our website content management system, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. For social media management, a background in writing or journalism is preferred and experience with social media is required. Other requirements include proficient skillset with computers and microsoft excel.
Possible Intern Duties
The duties include the performance under supervision of the following types of tasks:
- Creating monthly social media calendars
- Generating & executing fun and original campaign themes
- Writing & inputting content for the Web
- Promotiion of web content and events via social media outletts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
- Assisting with e-mail marketing newsletters
- Assisting with data cleansing of e-mail and web directory list
- Assisting with web research task
