Nonna Tata is finally staying open late. But, don't look for any of Donatella Trotti's items on the menu. Beginning at 11:59 p.m. until 8 a.m., Wednesdays through Saturdays, the pint-sized Magnolia Avenue spot will transform into a totally separate restaurant, Black Market Bakery & Café. Headed up by Evan Williams, a bartender at nearby The Usual, and Giovanna White, a former chef at Nonna Tata, the concept is aimed at late-night patrons and medical employees, and the menu boasts just five items, including waffle fried chicken and a vegan banh mi, plus five Italian-style desserts. 1400 W.
