Experience a full-body workout in an energetic environment while on an indoor bike. Each 45-minute session will give you an amazing cardio workout while having fun at the same time.
The first ride is free and student discounts are available. Zyn22 has a pay-as-you-go option so you don't feel tied down to them. They have multiple package deals to choose from as well, which can be found on their website.

Core Elements Fitness Studio

Core Elements teaches The Lagree Fitness Method in a 50-minute full body workout. It is a high intensity, low impact workout. This method uses a special piece of equipment, called the Megaformer that's not seen at the typical gym. This workout provides many exercise options to strengthen and tone your muscles and it helps build up your endurance and metabolism.
Core Elements offers different workout session packages. The first session is $10 and they offer a New Client Try-it-for-a-week Package. They offer packaged session deals at a range of prices to fit your workout needs.

Open your mind and challenge your body at CorePower Yoga located just north of TCU. This studio offers a unique style of yoga that challenges you physically and mentally. Most of the classes are practiced in a heated room to help stretch out muscles and tendons to prevent injury. They offer different temperature levels for different classes so that you can build up to higher temperature classes. The beginner C1 class is unheated while the Hot Yoga class suggests having prior yoga experience for the 102-104 degree temperatures.
