More high-end fashion is on its way to The Shops at Clearfork, with the development announcing three big-name retailers joining the mix this fall.
Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Tiffany & Co. are all slated to join the 500,000-square-foot shopping and entertainment center. All three will be located on Gage and Monahans avenues, right across from Neiman Marcus, which opened in February.
Developers Simon and Cassco Development Co. have announced numerous tenants for The Shops at Clearfork as of late. Among them, clothing retailers Double R and Q Clothier; home stores Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Z Gallerie and Arhaus; restaurants Malai Kitchen, Luna Grill, Mesero, B&B Butchers and Restaurant, and Fixe; AMC Theatres; and a bowling center, Pinstripes. When finished, the development is expected to have 100 luxury retailers.
“The Shops at Clearfork will be the new luxury hub for shoppers and retailers alike,” Kathleen Shields, senior vice president of development at Simon, said in a statement. “This project will provide the unprecedented luxury experience that the Fort Worth market craves, with high-profile brands, unique restaurant choices and premier amenities.”
