There’s great news for those of you who spend a great deal of time in Arlington’s Entertainment District. Starting in January, you can literally call this section of the city home. Slated to open in January 2025, One Rangers Way will be the very first residential building in this section of Arlington.
This new 43,000 square foot structure, which is still under construction, will feature 300 apartments that offer 50 unique floor plans, ranging from studios to penthouses. And if you're into baseball, more importantly, the Texas Rangers, then this luxury complex could fit just like a glove. Each section, and floor plan at One Rangers Way all pay homage to Rangers legendary players, iconic milestones, and ballpark experiences.
This luxury, resort-style structure is owned and operated by the Texas Rangers, and Cordish Living, an affiliate of the Cordish Companies. The general contractor for this building is the CBG Building Company, with the interior design being overseen by RD Jones + Associates.
One Rangers Way will offer its residents indoor and outdoor amenities and services offered in the finest residential and condo buildings in the country, according to a release. Once set up inside, residents will enjoy premium services like a dedicated lifestyle coordinator, a 24/7 lobby attendant, and best of all, your very own private/resident bar, which includes stunning views of Arlington’s Entertainment District.

That’s right, once complete, One Rangers Way will reside in between Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and just a stone’s throw from AT&T Stadium. Also close by are Texas Live!, Live! by Loews, and the forthcoming National Medal of Honor Museum.
“At One Rangers Way, we’re creating more than a luxury experience – it’s a place where the Texas Rangers legacy and Arlington’s vibrant Entertainment District truly come together,” Scott Seeley, senior manager of leasing & development said. “For those looking for a permanent residence or a second home, One Rangers Way offers an elevated lifestyle immersed in Rangers’ history. We’re excited to welcome our first residents this January to a community that will connect them for years to come.”
Rent on one of these units starts out at $1,400 a month for a studio, with penthouse options beginning at $4,000. The halls and spaces at One Rangers Way will also include a unique design that melds with a curated collection of Texas Rangers artifacts that include player-inspired artwork.
Residents can also enjoy an expansive outdoor amenity deck, a resort-style outdoor pool equipped with a swim-up bar, a Zen garden, demonstration and entertainment kitchen, a private event room and much, much more.

“One Rangers Way isn’t just a place to live; it’s an immersive experience that brings the Rangers’ clubhouse culture directly into the heart of Arlington’s Entertainment District. From the moment residents walk through these doors, they’re stepping into a community built to celebrate the team they love. We’re excited to welcome each resident who will call this vibrant district home beginning this January.”
