Fort Worth Botanic Garden
Some major changes are coming to the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, and they’re looking for input from the public. The Fort Worth Botanic Garden | Botanical Research Institute of Texas (FWBG|BRIT) will have a public participation meeting on May 17 to discuss the future layout of the FWBG|BRIT campus.
The Master Plan Committee, led by landscape architecture firm Studio Outside, will reveal the initial concept for the design, after which those attending can provide feedback via a conversational format or via a comment card. According to a press release, this meeting will direct priorities for the next 20 years of infrastructure and facility improvements across the 120-acre campus.
The meeting will take place at the Botanic Garden’s Garden Center Lecture Hall from 7 – 8:30 p.m.
