The Rangers has officially kicked off their annual 50th Anniversary Fan Appreciation Week, which will end during their Sunday afternoon game against the Cleveland Guardians for Fan Appreciation Day.
As part of Sunday's celebration, each visitor of the Globe Life Field will receive a 2023 Texas Rangers pocket schedule and one ticket voucher for a 2023 regular season game, while the first 10,000 fans will also receive a Tom Grieve Bobblehead, recognizing Grieve for his 50-year legacy with the team from player and broadcaster — all the way to manager and front-office executive.
Additionally, one special young fan will be randomly selected to toss the ceremonial first pitch during pre-game ceremonies Sunday afternoon.
This week's Fan Appreciation Week giveaway schedule is as follows:
- Monday, Sept. 19: 50 autographed baseballs
- Tuesday, Sept. 20: 50 promo item fan packs
- Wednesday, Sept. 21: 50 pairs of tickets to October 5 Rangers-Yankees game
- Thursday, Sept. 22: 50 “50 Years of Rangers Baseball” commemorative books
- Friday, Sept.: 50 Texas Rangers bobbleheads
