From a cookie dough shop to a craft studio, here's a roundup of everything that opened at Waterside in 2020.
Cookie Dough Bliss
Think ice cream shop — but it's cookie dough. Serving more than 20 flavors of ready-to-eat treats, the Waterside Cookie Dough Bliss marks the first Fort Worth location for the North Carolina-based franchise. Guest can choose among flavors like cookies and cream, brownie batter, or salted caramel, and also build custom creations like sandwiches, milkshakes, or dough pops. Gluten-free, keto, and vegan options are also available. The location also hosts socially distanced private parties in which guests can create their own cookie dough treats.
Pinspiration
Pinspiration is a craft studio that lets guests choose from over 50 options — from art and décor to gifts and accessories — with tutorials, project kits, supplies, and tools provided. The studio allows patrons to host socially distanced parties in which attendees can partake in activities like wreath-making and Jackson Pollock-esque splatter painting.
Blo Blow Dry Bar
Waterside also welcomed a hair salon, Blow Blow Dry Bar, which offers seven signature styles, braids, up-dos, extension services and other treatments, along with makeup services and styling for children.
F45
One of three fitness studios that opened at Waterside, F45 specializes in a functional workout integrating circuit and HIIT styles, mixing both cardio and resistance training. The studio offers one-on-one training in a group environment along with eight-week challenges that include meal plans and recipes.
YogaSix
Another new fitness option is yoga, with YogaSix offering a boutique experience featuring classes at varying intensity levels. The studio has also integrated socially distanced, outdoor, live stream, and short-form classes to accommodate participants during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Club Pilates
Unlike the mat Pilates workouts often offered at gyms, Club Pilates utilizes equipment like the Reformer, EXO-Chair, Bosu Ball, TRX Suspension Trainer, springboards, and more, giving guests a full-body workout.
PNC Bank
On the business side, Waterside also welcomed a branch of PNC Bank, which offers personal, retail, and business banking services.
