Neiman Marcus, the specialty department store, will anchor The Shops at Clearfork, a new development project accessible by the Chisholm Trail Parkway. The new Neiman Marcus store will be a 90,000 square-foot, two-story store in the new Fort Worth mixed-use development.
The Shops at Clearfork is a new development project that will include more than 100 shops, a luxury theater and restaurants. This open-air shopping center is a part of the Clearfork Master Plan to develop a new urban development community on Edwards Ranch. The development is a partnership between Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, and Cassco Development Co. of Fort Worth. The development will include an approximately 500,000-square-foot shopping destination.
Construction will start in the spring of 2015 with a planned grand opening in February of 2017.
