It’s that time of year again when we make resolutions and reflect on what was most important to us after another full revolution around the sun. Oh, who are we kidding, it’s time to drink heavily and you know it. Whether you are celebrating a banner year or just need to drown your sorrows, the game is still the same; who can handle a hangover with the most dignity on the first day of 2023? 97 West Kitchen & Bar 200 Mule Alley Dr. (5 – 10 p.m.) Enjoy decadent four-course meal options, such as 12-ounce Akaushi New York strip or roasted duck, delicious desserts, and a complimentary champagne toast. The Beast & Company 1010 W. Magnolia Ave. (3–10 p.m.) Usher in 2023 with a choice of two tasting options — one for meat lovers and one for vegetarians. This tasting includes a welcome toast followed by an eight-course meal. So, bring your appetite for sure. ($75 - $115 per person) - Reservations Required.
Clay Pigeon Food & Drink 2731 White Settlement Rd. (5–10 p.m.) Grab a four-course prix-fixe dinner hosted by Chef Marcus Paslay. Menu items include duck breast, salmon, and caviar blanc. ($45 - $100 per person)
Toro Toro 200 main St. (5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) Pan-Latin flavors anyone? Enjoy a prix-fixe dinner prepared by Chef Jonathan Esparza that includes fresh oysters, surf and turf, a mango salad, and vegetarian options. Two dinner sessions, one at 5 p.m. and another at 8 p.m. ($120 per person)
B&B Butchers and Restaurant 5212 Marathon Avenue (5 p.m. to midnight) There is no prix-fixe menu here, so feel free to order anything from the regular dinner menu. Reservations Required
Fort Brewery 2737 Tillar Street (7 p.m.) A $25 ticket will get you access to a dinner buffet, a Luc Belair Champagne toast, and party favors at midnight.
The Fitzgerald 6115 Camp Bowie Blvd. Suite 104 (8 p.m.) Boogie on the Bricks with Chef Ben Merritt who’s put together his famous Las Vegas-style New Year’s Eve party which includes blackjack, craps, and roulette tables.

Fort Worth Museum of Science and History 1600 Gendy Street (noon) Because all of us parents know our rambunctious children want to party, too. Celebrate the new year with a lunchtime confetti drop. (Under 2 years, free; $14 per person)
Downtown Cowtown at the Isis, 240 N. Main Street (7 p.m.) all right, all you crooner fans, party cheek to cheek with Steve Leeds as Tony Bennett and Sharon Owens as Lady Gaga for this Prohibition-era event. ($65 per person)
Bass Performance Hall 525 Commerce Street (7:30 p.m.) OK, “Dancing Queens,” the “Name of the Game” is an ABBA tribute show like no other presented by the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. You know you are a closet fan even if you’ve never admitted it out loud. ($39-plus per person)
Ridglea Theater 6025 Camp Bowie Blvd. (7:30 p.m.) Come out and ring in the New Year with Billboard Top Ten Jazz Sensation Jeffery Smith. Smith will be performing two sets. Also, there will be DJ Music, Dance Floor, and Cash Bar. ($45-plus per person)
Junk Punch 2805 Bledsoe Street (6 p.m.) Enjoy live DJs, drink specials, and a photo booth for the NYE Bar Crawl happening at four different participating bar locations. ($30-plus per person)
