Fly by Night Cattle Company Steakhouse
Since its opening, Fly by Night Cattle Company Steakhouse has been expanding to fit the needs of its customers. Three years ago, they added an onsite event venue for large parties and weddings. A year ago, the addition of a new bar was completed. A neighbor’s silo was moved to the site and the restaurant was built around it. The unique silo bar is a customer favorite. A helipad for their fly-in guests rounds out the operation.
At the end of the day, they just want to share what they have with others.
“It’s like having company every weekend,” Jennifer Craft says. “You look forward to seeing who’s coming to visit.”
The Crafts bring 20-plus years of catering experience to the table and know how to put together a good meal and a good time. They have had the privilege of catering to Governor George Bush Jr., Kara Kilmer of “Chicago Fire” and ZZ Top to name a few. People come for great Texas cuisine and to escape city life for a couple of hours.
