No, but for real - Piranha and Hoya Korean Kitchen just confirmed their menus, and it is going to be so good, y’all.
Fort Worth might be known as Cowtown, but that doesn't mean we don't like a bit of variety every now and then. That's why we're so excited to feature Piranha Killer Sushi and Hoya Korean Kitchen in our Best Of restaurant line-up.
Piranha's will be serving up the fusion-style sushi that makes them a perennial Best Of pick. They’ll be featuring their Forget About It roll, Dragon roll, Latino roll, and - our personal favorite - their Marry Me roll. If you’re already a fan, well, obviously you’ll want to be there, and if you haven’t tried it before, this is a great chance to see what they’re all about.
Hoya Korean Kitchen may be a relative newcomer to the Sundance Square restaurant scene, but they've been generating a lot of buzz, and with good reason. They'll be serving fried beef dumplings (yum), and personalized mini-versions of their Hoya Bowl. Diners will have a choice between rice and potato noodles, bulgogi beef, spicy chicken and spicy pork. They will be able to top it with zucchini, carrots, kimchi, bean sprouts, daikon radish and the sauce of their choice.
Spice lovers in particular should be getting excited because if Hoya says something is spicy, it is SPICY. Plus, you can always wash it down with an ice-cold glass of coconut-mango green tea.
