Fort Worth-based Jewelry Nut Auctions, a Facebook-based retailer, is partnering with Make-A-Wish® to offer specially designed bracelets during their online auctions Wednesday (TONIGHT) and Thursday at 8 p.m. CST. 100 percent of the proceeds from the sale of will go directly to the Make-A-Wish North Texas Chapter.
These fun bracelets are offered in tan or blue leather with custom personalization or a Make-A-Wish star, made especially for this occasion. Prices and ordering information will be posted starting at 8 p.m. tonight on the Jewelry Nut Facebook site, and then again during the auction on Thursday night.
Make-A-Wish is a wish-granting organization for children with life threatening medical conditions. April 29th is World Wish Day, the anniversary of the first wish that was granted in 1980. During the month of April Make-A-Wish chapters celebrate this very special wish all month long. Now every chapter, even internationally, grants a special wish on that day.
The collaboration started when Jewelry Nut founders, Meredith Miner and Victoria Wise, met their new office neighbors, the Make-A-Wish North Texas. After learning more about the Foundation and the work it does to grant the wishes of children in North Texas with life-threatening conditions, the ladies went to work to design a versatile piece of jewelry they knew their customers across the country would love and want to purchase.
Founded in 2011, Jewelry Nut Auctions is a fixed-price designer jewelry and accessories boutique that offers great deals on current trends through Facebook auctions. Auctions are held every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights at 8 p.m. CST. Follow Jewelry Nut on Facebook to participate in the action and see “of-the-moment” trends being offered every week.
