Come meet Nikki Mildren, local author of "The Making of the Nutcracker", a book about artistic director Ben Stevenson's Texas Ballet Theater production of The Nutcracker and the children's journey from studio to stage. Several ballerina's from Texas Ballet Theater will present in costume for the event hosted by Neiman Marcus. Guests can enjoy nutcracker cookies and hot beverages from the chocolate and coffee bar as Nikki enchants the audience with a recital in a fashion only the author can deliver.
