Panther Island Ice
It wouldn’t be the holiday season without a trip to Panther Island Ice, and thankfully, the outdoor skating rink remains one of the few annual events not canceled by COVID-19.
Returning Nov. 20 through Jan. 18, 2021, the COVID-friendly ice rink is offering the same experience with limited capacity, better cleaning protocols, and outdoor social distancing.
Offering public ice-skating seven days a week, skaters can also enjoy warm drinks, food, and gas-heated restrooms, along with the largest pavilion of ice in the Fort Worth area.
But with the fun also come safety precautions to abide by government-issued guidelines. A few things to expect include:
- Only online tickets to reduce contact
- Capacity limited to 50%
- Hand sanitizer readily available
- Regular cleaning of all touch points
- Social distancing requirements
- A face mask requirement
Panther Island Ice is located within Coyote Drive-In at 223 NE Fourth St., and a ticket to Coyote Drive-In is not required for entrance. For more information on tickets and pricing, visit pantherislandice.com.
