As the founder of HOLLAND collective, Holland Sanders bridges the Fort Worth business community with the city's vibrant arts and culture scene. Her marketing agency has worked with high-profile clients, including M2G Ventures, Lone Star Film Festival, the Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival, Novak Hair Studios and Anime Frontier.
Kari Crowe Seher
Melt Ice Cream
Kari Crowe-Seher brings something sweet to the table as the founder of MELT Ice Creams — frequently visited by influencers and listed among Texas bucket lists. She's successfully expanded from her single brick-and-mortar location off Magnolia Avenue to additional ice cream shops in Bishop Arts and Sundance Square, as well as the Happy Cart in Sundance Plaza. MELT Ice Creams is also available at Whole Foods. In 2018, she was named to named to an elite group of 20 fellows for the James Beard Foundation's 2018 Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (WEL) program.

Black Coffee
Mia Moss wanted to bring something different to the Eastside when she opened Black Coffee — the only coffee shop in the Polytechnic Heights neighborhood. She sought to create a space for fellowship but also wanted to invest into a community that she loves.
Katie Murray
Artist & Art Room Fort Worth
Painting the town, artist Katie Murray is known for her mural work across the city. Commissioned by Macy's, Wild Acre Brewing and the Fort Worth Zoo, Murray is best known for her Dream on Dreamer mural along Camp Bowie Boulevard, the Follow Your Dreams mural on Magnolia Avenue, and the Don't Quit Your Daydream mural at 200 Carroll Street. She currently works as the Chief Creative Officer for M2G Ventures and is also co-founder of Art Room Fort Worth, a nonprofit which seeks to connect underserved youth with arts education.
The Miller Twins
M2G Ventures
Twins Jessica Miller and Susan Miller Gruppi anchored M2G Ventures in 2014 and has since revived many of Fort Worth's aging commercial and industrial developments. One of their most notable projects is the historic O.B. Macaroni pasta plant, at the southwest corner of East Lancaster Street and Interstate 35 West, which they restored for creative office, manufacturing and distribution tenants. The sisters also completely rebranded the Foundry District.
Tina Howard
Leaves Book and Tea Shop
A self-proclaimed book worm, Tina Howard recognizes the importance and nostalgia of turning the pages of your favorite book. In 2016, she founded Leaves Book and Tea Shop as a pop-up, frequently selling at community events like Near Southside, Inc.'s Friday on the Green and Stage West's MADE Festival. She opened the brick-and-mortar store off St. Louis Avenue in 2017, bringing a carefully curated selection of books, tea and kombucha.
