There was a time for all of us when the idea of rocking and rolling all night long seemed like a great idea. Flash forward a few decades and this notion might seem a bit irresponsible. But being able to recapture that era when you didn’t have a care in the world, could be just what you need to reconnect to your youth. Well, there’s great news for all of you classic rock revivalists. KISS, the granddaddy of all party bands will be making a stop here in Cowtown at Fort Worth’s Dickies Arena on Friday, October 27, just in time to rescue many of us from the day-to-day doldrums of adulthood.
So, put on your best make-up and tune up your air guitars because the masked masters of mayhem will be afoot for a final run of shows that have been extended through this October. This tour, titled the "End Of The Road", is set to be the Hall of Famers last. This updated schedule now includes stops in Detroit, Nashville, St. Louis, and right here in Fort Worth before wrapping up with a massive concert in the city where it all began for KISS — New York City.
As one of music’s most iconic rock bands for four decades and counting, experiencing the full spectrum of a live KISS concert is a must any fan of this era of music. From the one-of-a-kind face paint to the distinct clothing, the many KISS staples that have emerged over the years have only helped strengthen the lasting legacy of this storied band, which also includes a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction in 2014. In 2018, KISS announced their farewell tour, “End of the Road Tour”. After an epic 45-year career the iconic band KISS is touring across North America as a sendoff to its loyal KISS Army with an incredible concert. The KISS 2023 tour is promising to pay tribute to the band’s top hits, such as “God of Thunder,” and “Shout It Out Loud.”
